We people and the rest of the world appreciate the balance it gives to tart, spicy and salty foods. We people also appreciate its health benefits and its recognition as a source of "good cholesterol", also for its skin cleansing and moisturising abilities even when the fruit is old - just apply to the skin for the best facial! You either like it, hate it or are indifferent - your choice!

We people also know that avocado is considered a super food and one of the fruits recommended by all doctors to be eaten daily. We people also enjoy eating it in guacamole. I bet you love guacamole. well, it's made from avocados.
